Description:.

 

tungsten carbide disc cutter usually is machined into all kinds cutter with tooth,tungsten carbide lead wire cutter with excellent hardness and abrasive resistance.

1.   the thickness can reach 0.5mm for unground disc cutter.
2.   Sintere by vacuum sintering furnace and HIP machine with excellent specifications without any hole.
3.   can suply unground cutter or process according drawing,such as grinding face,outdiameter,innerhole,punching,making slotting,blade or teeth ect.
4.   Suitable for machining hardened steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal, stainless steel, high manganese steel, plywood, PCB, PVC, electronic board.

High strength in use, impact and shock resistance higher than

YG6, but wear resistance and cutting speed comparatively lower.

 Roughing of cast irons, non-ferrors metals and their alloys as well

as non metallic materials at low cutting speed.
YG10X 14.5 2400 91.5

Fine grain alloy, good wear resistance. Used for processing hard

 wood, veneer board, PCB, PVC and metals.
YL10.2 14.5 2400 91.8

Fine grade alloy, with high wear resistance, high bending strength,

 high resistance to bonding, high thermal strength. Machining of

refractory alloys, stainless steel and high manganese steel, etc.
G20 14.3 2420 90

Conventional wear resistance, high bending strength, used for steel

alloy etc.
Other grade of disc may be offered according to customers' requirement
